Fortunately, the weather in Paris is still pretty sunny and I’m not to worried about my dress shoes options to go working. But it’s never too early to get prepared when it comes to upper-shoes. How do you think your leather soles will appreciate the heavy rain and the snow when they eventually arrive ? I just can’t think of anything more harmful to my shoes. Therefore, I start browsing some cool options for the extreme days to come. Lanvin Fall 2011 Ad Campaign

Fresh as you like it !!! Nice move by Albert Elbaz, the new king of the dancefloor (at the end of the clip)!!

This is neckwear done right. Combining fine wool and club silk detailing, Lanvin comes up with a beautiful collection of bowties and ties, that I’m sure will get a diserved success next fall. The long end of the ties is finished in wool while, similarly, the bowties have silk linings. I always had to chose between a wool tie or a silk one, now I can wear both at the same time. Lucky me ! Read the rest of this entry »

Lanvin recently opened its online store, eLanvin, I had to check it out! As far as I can tell, I highly recommend you take a peek at it as well.

This high-heel pair of shoes designed by Albert Elbaz definitely caught my attention, notably the sexy touch with the ankle straps and the metal buckle. They are just amazing!

Lanvin is the latest luxury brand to step up its presence in Saint-Tropez this summer. Its cozy boudoir-style pop-up store features distinctive drawings by fashion director Alber Elbaz while, in the manner of cool urban art, stickers of his famous figures adorn the light grey walls and ceiling and flowers flurrish across the floor like oriental rugs. In the back exhausted shoppers can relax on a floral sofa in Lanvin’s summer 2010 collection. This pop-up store will close its doors at the end of october.
