Christmas Wishlist #1

christmas-selection-hype-means-everythingI’ve decided I wouldn’t spend my next few week-ends running across Paris to find the perfect Christmas gifts, should it be for me or for my beloved ones. Instead, I would just seat behind my desk at home in my PJ and take advantage of some online resellers’ free shipping policies! I’ve started with Mr Porter, which you shouldn’t be surprised about if you’re a regular of this blog. We dudes don’t have much choice when it comes to online shops for proper menswear. If it weren’t for Mr Porter, I’d be short a few shirts and scarves and ties and shoes in my weekly rotations! Stay tuned for daily “wishlist” items in fashion, design, books, skincare, watches and many more until we reach Christmas day!

Clockwise from left:  Tom Dixon scaled-up blackened metal jack paperweight (shop), John Lobb monk-strap shoes (shop), Smythson leather watch roll (shop), Master-Piece leather-trimmed cordura backpack (shop), Aesop Mandarin facial hydrating cream (shop), Czech & Speake leather-bound manicure set (shop). Absolutely irresistible! There are two more Christmas creations that you can discover in-store but I dare you to try and resist and no try their permanent collection. Continue reading
