Winter has arrived now, we figured out we shall feed you with some new stuff to get you ready to fight the cold with style. As a matter of fact, our friends at Septième Largeur revisited their triple monk strap Tobar model, making a brand new double monk boots, they named Tobar II. I personally like the shape, the goodyear welted rubber sole and, above all, the amazing burgundy greasy leather! As always, prices at Septième Largeur are more than fair given the quality of their shoes.

John Lobb City III



My worse nightmare is to get a drop of rain on my pair of John Lobb William. But with autumn and worse, winter, on their way, I’m becoming paranoiac and I don’t wear much of my shoe collection. However, I am wondering if this pair of John Lobb City III could be the solution to all my fears. Indeed, it has a rubber sole and metal eyelets but keeps the legendary 7000 last that I love. Besides, I digg the black grained leather!

Paraboot Michael | French Quality


The Japanese have flaired the quality of French traditional shoemaker Paraboot a few months ago and these days, you see them wearing the Michael model all day long. I got my own pair a few minutes ago through a local retailer in Paris. Looks kind of massive but with a Norwegian sewn sole, you can do pretty much anything you want.
