The Saint James Hotel, the only chateau-hotel in the 16th district of Paris

This outstanding neo-classical mansion was built in 1892 on Paris’ first airfield from where hot air-balloons used to take off. Mrs Dosne-Thiers had this foundation built in memory of her husband, Adolphe Thiers. After a hundred years, it became the very exclusive Saint James Club as well as the only chateau-hotel of the capital, offering tailored services to each guest.

Located in its own private gardens off to the Avenue Foch, the Saint James hotel has recently been redesigned (2011) by Bambi Sloan who added her own touch of craziness. The Saint James Hotel comprises 48 unique rooms & suites, every of each presents its own decoration. This hotel differentiates itself from its competitors by its surroundings, its location and spacious rooms!
