There it is. Rising star Theophilus London’s opus.  He is obviously one of my favorite singers at the moment. A new martian to embrace. After I had been utterly flabbergasted a few years ago by his genius (noticeably by “Humdrum Town” or “Day One Fans” from This Charming Mixtape – 2009), I utterly fell in love with his new album which brings out a genre-bending approach. This album masterfully passes rap, pop and soul through Theophilus’ electro shaker. Brillant. Besides, he is said to have designed his album cover and videos under magic mushrooms… Surrealist rap poet ? Just go for it !
