Called “In Celebration of Heritage”, Hackett London’s AW 2010 lookbook reflects key actual trends with short and ultra fitted jacket shapes and dress shirts. Sorry for the purists but some traditional tailoring fabrics have been updated with high-tech fabrics, said to be “creating a beautiful drape accentuating the silhouette”. Among Hackett’s collections, my favorite… Hackett Mayfair Collection continues to transcend its suiting origins & includes Scottish borders woven tweed jackets, luxurious knitwear & Mayfair Selvedge Jeans. I just want everything tartan and all jackets and accessories of the collection. Well done Hackett !
